Simics SystemC Library has been upgraded to use Simics C++ API v2. Most changes are covered already in the Migration Guide chapter of the Simics C++ Device API v2 documentation. Only the additional changes are listed here.

The simics2tlm and simics2systemc Simics adapter is registered on ConfClass instead of ClassDef.
