The cpu-page-cache extension class adds page cache functionality to CPU classes. It provides the page_cache interface for caching direct-memory page lookups.

- Notifier that is triggered just before Simics object is deleted.

- Notifier that is triggered after the object's clock was changed. New clock can be obtained with the SIM_object_clock function.
