asyncReset property
Indicates whether the reset signal driving all registers in this
module should be treated as an asynchronous reset.
If true, registers reset as soon as reset is asserted, independent
of clk. If false (the default), reset is treated as synchronous
and registers only reset on the next active edge of clk.
