ECCPPointInit

Initializes the context for a point on the elliptic curve defined over
GF(p).

Description
-----------


The function initializes the context for a point on the elliptic curve
defined over a finite field GF(*p*).


*Context* is a structure IppsECCPPointState intended for storing the
information about a point on the elliptic curve defined over GF(*p*).
